After an extensive two-year search and with the help of a generous $200,000 matching grant from United Way of La Porte County and a $25,000 matching grant from Health Foundation of La Porte, we are in the process of purchasing and updating a new 6,700-square-foot building! Located at 1104 Indiana Avenue in La Porte, the new building will significantly improve and expand Family Advocates’ reach, service delivery, and programming, so that La Porte County’s most vulnerable have the support they need to rise above trauma and create new beginnings.
